Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our growing team. This role will allow you to manage tax compliance, provide strategic advice to clients, and oversee a team of professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to optimize clients' financial positions.

Mentor and supervise junior staff, helping them develop technical skills and grow in their careers.
Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries and deliver expert advice.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA designation (or actively working toward completion).
3+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax.
Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
