Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Provide expert guidance on tax-related issues to clients and team members.
Conduct thorough tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation and compliance.
Assist in developing tax planning strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
Mentor and train junior staff on tax preparation and review processes.
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred.
3+ years of experience in tax preparation and review, preferably in public accounting.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
