We're a family founded and sustaining construction management and design/build leader in Oklahoma with over 30 years of regional leading experience. Our team of professionals enjoy consistent workflow and growth year over year with industry leading satisfaction ratings based on employee feedback. We're growing in Oklahoma City and looking for a Superintendent with multifamily and student housing experience!

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all construction activities on-site for multifamily and student housing projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily housing.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Familiarity with student housing projects is a plus.
Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam and Procore is preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
