Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Superintendent will coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites
Coordinate and supervise construction activities and trades
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Prepare and submit progress reports to upper management

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles
Experience with multifamily/commercial projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Certification in Project Management is a plus
