Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family and mixed-use developments, leading teams effectively and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during the construction process.
Lead on-site teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with multi-family and mixed-use projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
