Superintendent

We are looking for a Superintendent to join our team for projects throughout the North Carolina market. We specialize in commercial projects, including retail, hospitality, and industrial projects.

This role does require travel, but it allows you to be home each weekend, and only 2-3 hours away from home base.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Oversee project schedules and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress and quality
Resolve any issues that arise during construction
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
Proven experience in Design-Build project delivery
Strong knowledge of commercial, retail, and industrial construction practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient in project management software and tools
