Position Overview
The Senior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and service to clients in the semiconductor industry. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining wet bench equipment and control systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of wet bench equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients regarding control systems and PLCs.
Conduct training sessions for clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a field service role within the semiconductor industry.
Strong knowledge of wet bench equipment and control systems.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
