Position Overview: The Security Technician is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects related to Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, and Low Voltage systems. In this role, the Project Specialist will be required to work with contractors, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
Monitor project timelines to ensure that milestones are met
Ensure customer satisfaction with the installation and maintenance of Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, Fire Alarm and Low Voltage systems
Manage budgets and ensure that project costs remain within budget
Prepare and present project status on a regular basis to stakeholders
Provide technical support to customers and contractors on Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, Fire Alarm and Low Voltage systems

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, Fire Alarm, and Low Voltage systems
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, Fire Alarm, and Low Voltage systems
