We are seeking an experienced Securities and Capital Markets Attorney to join our legal team in either our Buffalo or Rochester office. What You Will Be Doing

In this position you will be representing issuers and investment banks in both the private and public security offerings. Using your previous experience you will be advising publicly traded companies on compliance.

What You Need for this Position

You must have a JD from an accredited law school and be barred in New York, as well as have at least 2 years experience with a previous firm. You must be familiar with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and be well versed in representing issuers and investment banks. We also require knowledge on corporate governance as well.

What's In It for You

We offer a competitive salary for this position, ranging between $115,000 -$140,000 annually. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans.
