Sales Engineer (Industrial Manufacturing)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the industrial manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical sales support for our range of products, specifically in steam boiler systems, HVAC, and other capital equipment. The goal is to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth through technical expertise and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Provide technical support and solutions to clients regarding steam boiler systems, HVAC, and other related products.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer specifications and requirements are met.
Prepare accurate sales quotations and proposals based on customer needs and technical requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, emissions regulations, and competitive products to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Assist in the development of sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market share.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technical or industrial sales roles.
Strong understanding of steam boiler systems, HVAC, and capital equipment.
Familiarity with emissions regulations and thermodynamics principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
Proficiency in MS Word and business accounting practices.
Fluent in English with strong grammar skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
