Regional Manager

Position Overview
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. This role includes leading teams, managing budgets, and driving business development initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple locations within the region
Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure profitability
Lead and mentor regional staff to foster a high-performance culture
Drive business development efforts to expand client base and increase revenue
Ensure compliance with HAZWOPER and environmental regulations
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams on remediation projects
Cultivate client relations and manage key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction
Analyze budget and profitability reports to identify areas for improvement
Implement staffing strategies to meet operational needs and enhance team effectiveness

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HAZWOPER regulations and safety practices
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial analysis
Experience in operations management within the environmental or construction sector
Excellent leadership and staff management skills
Proficient in business development and client management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
