Quality Control Manager

Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager will oversee and ensure the quality standards of construction projects, particularly in the public works and aviation sectors. This role involves implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and working closely with project teams to maintain compliance with regulations and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction projects
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Coordinate with project managers and teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and standards
Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality control
Collaborate with external stakeholders and regulatory agencies as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction or public works sector
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and regulations
Experience in the aviation industry is preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Certification in quality management or related field is a plus
