Project Sales Engineer

Position Overview
The Project Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales efforts in the HVAC sector by providing technical expertise and solutions to clients. This role combines engineering knowledge with sales acumen to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the HVAC market.
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals and product demonstrations.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Provide ongoing support to customers during project execution and after-sales service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience estimating and pricing projects.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Related credentials (PE, CEM, LEED, etc.) are preferred, but not required.

Benefits

The anticipated compensation range for this position is: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year + commission depending on skills, education, and experience.
