Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, outlining progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication among project teams to resolve issues and promote collaboration.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare/commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Procore and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with healthcare construction projects such as hospitals, labs, and clinics is a plus.
- Familiarity with design-build and renovation processes, particularly ground-up and remodeling projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
