Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of industrial projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Manage project resources and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Prepare project documentation and maintain comprehensive project records

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial construction sector (Advanced materials, high purity chemicals, semiconductor, general manufacturing a plus!!)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
