We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement using 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will ensure streamlined production processes, reduce waste, optimize workflow, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience in as a Production Manager
- Strong knowledge of 5S methodology, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
