PLC Programmer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC systems to optimize production processes and ensure equipment functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for various automated systems.
Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs to enhance performance.
Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with PLC programming.
Create and maintain documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on PLC operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Proven experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic programming.
Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Understanding of industrial circuitry and control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
