Our team of experts collaborates on projects ranging from commercial and institutional buildings to healthcare and industrial facilities. We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC experience to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and engineer HVAC systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.
Perform load calculations, equipment selections, and system layouts using industry-standard software.
Develop detailed construction documents, including specifications, schematics, and CAD/Revit drawings.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated building designs.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing systems, support construction administration, and ensure design compliance.
Analyze energy efficiency and sustainability options to optimize system performance and adhere to green building standards (LEED, ASHRAE, etc.).
Provide technical expertise to resolve design challenges and support project execution.
Stay up to date with industry codes, standards, and emerging technologies to enhance design solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in HVAC design for building systems.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software (e.g., Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP).
Strong understanding of ASHRAE standards, building codes, and energy efficiency principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
