Maintenance Mechanic

Position Overview
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of electrical and mechanical systems within our production facilities. This role focuses on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment while aiming to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Implement preventative maintenance protocols to extend equipment lifespan.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance and operational workflows.
Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in troubleshooting various types of production equipment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
Familiarity with electromechanical systems and machine installation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications or training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
