Litigation Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in the representation of clients in various litigation matters, primarily focusing on commercial and business disputes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent research capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation issues
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
Review and summarize discovery documents
Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy development
Attend court hearings and represent clients as needed
Maintain case files and documentation in an organized manner

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
1-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in commercial or business law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
