We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team on a remote basis, with a specific focus on matters involving Washington state law.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception to resolution. This role requires active admission to the Washington State Bar and a solid understanding of Washington civil procedure and litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage a litigation caseload independently, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court appearances
-Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and other litigation documents
-Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials as needed
-Work collaboratively with remote colleagues and support staff
-Maintain clear and timely communication with clients
Requirements:
-J.D. from an accredited law school
-Active Washington State Bar license
-1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong analytical and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
