What you need:

Wage & Hour Class actions (including opposition strategy, fact development, briefing, argument) REQUIRED
Employment law Compliance
Litigation, specifically trade secrets and employee mobility, wrongful term, employment discrimination, and harassment, whistleblower
Preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment and personnel related contracts
Conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and aspects of purchase and merger agreements in the context corporate M&A transactions
Outstanding research and analytical skills and strong writing skills are imperative
Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills and action oriented interest in taking on increased level of responsibility for client matters will add to your success on our team.
Bar Admission in California is required for application to the position

Base Salary from $265K and up
