HR Manager
Location: Morgan Hill, CA
Pay: 100k-140k depending on experience
We are a rapidly growing contractor in the Bay area with four local divisions within our company and ~330 employees.
Position Overview
We are looking to add an HR Manager to the team who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing employee relations (especially time off requests), onboarding and offboarding processes, and working with other internal teams to support things like claims, and safety. The ideal candidate will also support the development of HR policies and procedures that set the company and employees up for success.
Worth mentioning is that there is plenty of support for this position from not only internal employees already in place but also from a corporate level.
