Position Overview
The Energy Marshall - Mission Critical is responsible for overseeing energy management and sustainability initiatives within critical operations. This role focuses on ensuring energy efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards while supporting the construction and operation of energy systems in mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee energy management programs for mission-critical operations
Monitor and ensure compliance with energy regulations and safety standards
Coordinate with construction teams to implement energy-efficient systems
Conduct energy audits and recommend improvements for efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute sustainability initiatives
Provide training and support on energy management practices to staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience in energy management or related roles in mission-critical environments
