Position Overview: The Controls Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems, such as building management systems (BMS), used in a variety of industries. This role requires excellent technical, problem solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, troubleshoot, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and other control systems.
Develop and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of products, systems, programming, and associated technologies.
Perform system programming and commissioning of BMS and other control systems.
Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful implementation of systems.
Provide technical support related to system operations.
Maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.
Provide training to customers on system operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems, or PLC programming.
Strong technical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency with CAD software.
