Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all phases of the construction project from pre-construction through to completion.
Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
Lead project meetings and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
Develop and implement project schedules and timelines.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards on site.
Supervise and mentor project team members, including subcontractors and laborers.
Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments throughout the construction process.
Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven experience in commercial construction projects.
Familiarity with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 standards.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of estimating and budgeting processes.
Experience with CMAR and JOC project delivery methods.
