National Healthcare Law Firm Seeking Healthcare Litigation Attorney in New York, NY
A nationally recognized healthcare law firm with over 20 years of experience is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Attorney to join its New York City office. The firm represents a broad spectrum of healthcare providers, pharmacies, and life sciences companies in complex litigation involving payor disputes, regulatory enforcement, fraud and abuse allegations, and commercial healthcare-related matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact litigation with a specialized team dedicated to protecting the legal and financial interests of healthcare entities across the country.

$180,000 - $220,000 annual base salary depending on experience and subject matter expertise

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New York
4+ years of litigation experience with a strong focus on healthcare, managed care, or complex commercial litigation
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance reimbursement, ERISA, and fraud and abuse laws (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act) preferred
Excellent legal writing, case strategy, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage complex caseloads and collaborate across departments and practice groups
Responsibilities:
Litigate healthcare-related disputes involving insurers, PBMs, providers, and regulatory agencies
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda; manage discovery and take depositions
Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, arbitrations, and administrative hearings
Conduct legal research on healthcare statutes, reimbursement policies, and evolving regulatory frameworks
Work closely with clients to assess risk, develop strategy, and navigate compliance concerns during litigation
Contribute to firm publications, speaking engagements, and thought leadership in the healthcare law space
