Position Overview:
The Civil Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The project manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful site development in sectors such as education, healthcare, residential, commercial, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from initiation through completion.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance and adherence to cost control measures.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and clients.
Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Implement best practices in site development and land development processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within civil engineering.
Experience with site development across various sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial, and industrial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Professional Engineering license (PE) or ability to obtain one.
