Position Overview
The Business Marketing Manager for Power Semiconductor will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence. This role involves overseeing product marketing, pricing analysis, and the management of the product lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our power semiconductor products.
Conduct pricing analysis to optimize revenue and market competitiveness.
Manage the product lifecycle from conception through to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with market needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions (NPI).
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns to promote product features and benefits.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in business marketing, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Strong understanding of pricing analysis and revenue optimization strategies.
Proven experience in product marketing and managing product lifecycles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred
