Delaware-Based Litigation Firm Seeking Business Litigation Attorney - Wilmington, DE
A dynamic and growing Delaware litigation firm is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join its team in Wilmington. The firm represents clients ranging from regional businesses to national corporations in complex business disputes, including contract litigation, fiduciary claims, partnership conflicts, and commercial torts. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-level litigation in Delaware's state and federal courts-including the Court of Chancery-while being part of a collaborative and client-focused team. *Must have portable book of business*
Offer:
$150,000 - $200,000 annual base salary depending on experience, plus bonuses

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Delaware (or ability to obtain admission promptly)
2+ years of experience in business or commercial litigation, ideally including experience in Delaware Court of Chancery
Strong litigation skills including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and preparing dispositive motions
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Represent businesses and individuals in commercial disputes involving contracts, fiduciary duties, shareholder rights, and corporate governance
Draft complaints, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
Conduct and defend depositions, assist with witness preparation, and manage case strategy
Appear in state and federal courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery, for hearings, conferences, and trials
Advise clients on legal risks, litigation strategy, and resolution options
Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters with high visibility and client engagement
