Business Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of business litigation, including employment law, real estate law, and commercial litigation. This position is critical in providing legal representation to our clients in complex business disputes and ensuring the protection of their legal rights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in business litigation cases, including disputes related to contracts, employment, and real estate.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
  • Advise clients on legal issues related to business operations and compliance.
  • Manage all phases of litigation from initial investigation through trial and appeal, if necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on employment and real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of commercial litigation processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
