Strategic Business Development-Account Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Executive / Biz Dev Strategist to help drive our market expansion in the defense sector. With 3+ years of experience in defense sales and a proven track record with government and military clients. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting our cutting-edge directed energy systems. Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defense sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and sales, within the defense sector.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience selling to government and military clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a startup environment.
Exsisting relationships in the Defense sector.
