Because of our growth, we are looking for experienced BIM/CAD Coordinators & Designers with at least 5 recent years of experience on large scale HVAC & Plumbing commercial type projects.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed design drawings for mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection using Revit, Navisworks, BIM and AutoCAD software
Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design, layout, or detail components and structural systems
Draw and detail plans based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
Modification of drawings with necessary engineering changes
Run clash detections and organize reports
Qualifications
5 Recent Years of BIM/CAD experience, with a focus on HVAC & Plumbing projects.
Understanding of Construction Drawings
High attention to detail
Ability to work and coordinate multiple projects at once
Proficient computer skills in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good people skills
