Audit Supervisor

Position Overview
The Audit Supervisor will oversee audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the highest standards of quality and integrity. This role involves managing audit teams, developing audit plans, and providing assurance services to non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate audit engagements from planning through completion.
  • Review and assess financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support during audits.
  • Develop and enhance audit procedures and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA designation or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of non-profit financial regulations and accounting practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
