We are seeking an experienced Lateral Partner/Sr. Associate to join our growing team in Woodbridge, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience, particularly in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident, and product liability. Trial experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will have exceptional writing, communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment for a firm that has been around for over 40 years and employs over 200 attorneys in 10+ offices. You should be self-motivated, an independent thinker, and a team player. While a book of business is a plus, it is not required.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of litigation experience (commercial motor vehicle defense, premises liability, product liability, etc.)
NJ Bar membership in good standing
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Trial experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
