We are looking for a Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team!

Position Overview:
Seeking a highly motivated Attorney with 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage to join our New York or Uniondale office. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, and litigating coverage disputes in both state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze and interpret various types of insurance policies (CGL, E&O, D&O, etc.)
-Draft comprehensive coverage opinions and reservation/denial letters
-Handle all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation
-Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients
-Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor
-Admitted to practice in New York; additional admissions (e.g., NJ, CT) are a plus
-5+ years of relevant insurance coverage experience
-Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service
