CA-Based Plaintiff-Side Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, CA
An established plaintiff-side law firm based in Los Angeles (Encino) with over a decade of impactful litigation is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in sexual abuse cases to join their team. This is a full-time position with flexibility for hybrid work. The firm is currently handling landmark cases, including a $4B settlement involving over 7,000 victims of abuse at Los Angeles County Juvenile Hall.
Offer:
Salary range: $135,000-$180,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally in sexual abuse cases
Proficiency in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Experience handling discovery and conducting depositions
Comfortable appearing in court and preparing for trial
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership
Responsibilities:
Manage sexual abuse litigation matters from intake through trial or settlement
Draft, file, and argue motions in both state and federal courts
Conduct depositions and manage all stages of discovery
Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
Provide empathetic, trauma-informed support to clients throughout their case
