Accountant

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial reports to support decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform reconciliations of bank statements
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting policies
Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets (including Excel and VLOOKUPS) for data analysis
Collaborate with the manufacturing department to track production costs and profitability
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Ensure timely filing of financial documents and tax returns
Creat Journal Entries and be able to work from scratch

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in accounting software (Mitek, Powerlink)
Strong skills in Excel, including VLOOKUPS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an in-office setting
